Project Process
Getting started is easy:
  1. Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or the contact form
  2. Describe your project or requirements
  3. We schedule a free consultation and prepare a proposal
  4. Sign the service agreement and pay the deposit
  5. Development begins — we keep you updated at every milestone
  6. Final delivery and deployment upon completion
Timelines depend on scope and complexity. A basic website typically takes 1–2 weeks; a full eCommerce site or business system can take 4–8 weeks; and a large enterprise application may take 3–6 months. We'll provide a clear timeline estimate during your consultation.
Minor adjustments are accommodated within agreed revision rounds. Significant scope changes after development has started will be assessed and quoted separately. We recommend finalising requirements as thoroughly as possible during the planning phase to keep timelines on track.
Yes. All projects include an initial post-delivery support period. Ongoing maintenance and support beyond this can be arranged through a monthly support agreement. Contact us to discuss a plan that fits your operational needs.
Payments
We accept South African bank transfers (EFT). Payment details are provided upon agreement. Please contact us if you require alternative arrangements.
Yes. A deposit is required before project work commences. The amount is agreed during consultation. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final files or deployment are handed over.
Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. If TechAfrika is unable to start the project for reasons on our side, a full refund will be issued. See our Terms & Conditions for full details.
